Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist with daily cooking and food preparation tasks *Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times *Clean and care for kitchen tools and equipment properly *Ensure food is prepared and served at the correct temperature and quality *Monitor and control the temperature of ovens, grills, and cooking appliances *Help with menu planning and estimating ingredient quantities *Familiarize yourself with the menu, ingredients, preparation time, and cooking methods *Use kitchen equipment safely and appropriately *Carry out any additional tasks assigned by kitchen supervisors
