Responsibilities and Duties

* Team Management: Oversee a working shift, providing clear instructions and demonstrations for tasks, and ensuring all direct reports meet performance expectations and deadlines. * Performance Tracking: Keep accurate attendance records and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Produce reports for reviewing team performance. * Safety & Standards: Ensure the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy, and maintain a high standard of customer service at all levels. * Operational Support: Approve work hours, and ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required. * Possess previous leadership experience. * Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for excellence. * A high school diploma is required. * A reliable professional with high integrity, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail and accuracy. * Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team. * Proficient in computer literacy and possess proactive organizational skills.
