Responsibilities and Duties

- Nighttime Culinary Leadership: Oversee the quality, consistency, and production of all food items in your assigned kitchen areas during the night shift. - Hands-On Culinary Excellence: Personally perform culinary tasks while guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring every dish meets high standards. - Menu and Inventory Management: Coordinate menu item rotations, manage purchasing, and oversee food preparation for designated outlets, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste. - Guest and Team Satisfaction: Collaborate with your team to enhance guest and employee satisfaction, fostering a positive and productive work environment. - Budget Awareness: Work within the operating budget, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining quality. - Sanitation and Food Safety: Uphold stringent sanitation and food safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment. - Food Logging: Maintain accurate food logs, documenting production and quality. - Quality and Quantity Control: Monitor the quality and quantity of prepared food, adhering to brand standards. - Communication and Collaboration: Communicate assistance needs during busy periods, inform chefs of excess food for specials, and update service staff on menu specials and availability. - Recipe Adherence: Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and preparation checklists. - Cold Food Preparation: Skillfully prepare cold food items, maintaining freshness and presentation.

Qualifications and Requirements
