Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee and support day-to-day floor operations to ensure efficient and polished service *Guide, motivate, and supervise service team members to consistently deliver top-tier guest experiences *Partner with senior management to enforce service protocols and drive improvements *Respond to guest inquiries and handle feedback professionally to boost satisfaction *Ensure efficient reservation handling and optimize table turnaround times *Work with the kitchen team to coordinate timely food delivery and service *Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers or internal teams for restocking *Lead ongoing training for service staff to enhance their skills and performance

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry *A collaborative mindset and positive outlook *Warm and personable demeanor with a guest-first attitude *Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy, high-energy environment *Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
