Responsibilities and Duties

*Operate the cashier system accurately and handle transactions with care. *Prepare and serve beverages and light meals according to standard procedures. *Assist in end-of-day closing tasks, especially during evening shifts. *Greet customers with a friendly attitude and ensure efficient service throughout their visit. *Keep the work area neat, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift. *Help monitor and record stock levels, and report shortages when needed. *Manage incoming phone orders and coordinate with delivery services to ensure timely dispatch.

Qualifications and Requirements

*No prior experience needed, but experience in F&B or retail is an advantage. *Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. *Friendly, responsible, and a good team player. *Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. *Basic communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
