We are looking for friendly and attentive individuals to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests at our Korean restaurant. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience, from welcoming guests to ensuring their needs are met throughout their meal.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables. * Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages when requested. * Prepare tables for dining, ensuring they are clean and properly set. * Offer helpful menu suggestions to enhance the customer's dining experience. * Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers. * Communicate order details clearly and efficiently to the kitchen staff. * Serve food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and professional manner. * Inspect cutlery and dishes for cleanliness and proper presentation before serving. * Arrange table settings and maintain a clean and organized dining area. * Clear tables promptly and efficiently after guests have finished their meal.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a restaurant or customer service setting. * Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team. * A positive attitude and a cheerful and welcoming disposition. * Good problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute to a positive and organized work environment. * Ability to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends. * Availability to work either a 5-day or 6-day work week.
