Description

This position involves supporting the overall management of a restaurant and bar, focusing on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You'll assist in planning, organizing, and directing food and beverage operations, while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operational Management and Supervision: - Assist in planning, organizing, and directing food and beverage operations. - Conduct daily team briefings to ensure clear communication and understanding of operational tasks. - Supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks according to standards. - Maintain a departmental communication logbook and updated notice board. - Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift. - Assist other food and beverage outlets during peak times or as needed. - Guest Relations and Service: - Build strong relationships with guests and regular patrons, remembering names and preferences to provide personalized service. - Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. - Ensure a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, and customer inquiries. - Administrative and Financial Tasks: - Handle administrative tasks related to cashier and bar operations, adhering to company policies. - Check equipment and stock levels to prevent shortages that may impact operations or guests. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Contribute to marketing efforts and the delivery of promotions. - Ensure the profitability and revenue generation of the outlet. - Hygiene, Safety, and Compliance: - Check outlet and back-of-house cleanliness to ensure compliance with food and beverage sanitation and hygiene regulations. - Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage services, contents, preparation methods, and hotel services. - Ensure that quality assurance standards, health, safety, and security procedures are in place. - Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as assigned.
