Responsibilities and Duties

● Offer high levels of customer service to all customers consistently ● Prepare and serve pies and drinks accurately per the SOP and in a timely manner ● Clean and maintain brewing equipment as needed. ● Monitor the condition of brewing equipment and report any maintenance issues. ● Have full knowledge of the menu to share recommendations with customers ● Perform quality checks on pies and drinks, keeping spoilage to a minimum ● Maintain adequate supply of all stocks in inventory, ensuring proper storage and refrigeration for daily operations ● Uphold strict hygiene standards of the studio and all equipment ● Fulfil opening and closing duties ● Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Requirements

● WSQ food hygiene certification ● Warm and cheerful personality ● Adaptable and self-motivated in completing assigned tasks ● Detail-oriented ● Values teamwork
