Responsibilities and Duties
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations. - Hire, train, motivate, and coach employees to ensure efficient and attentive customer service. - Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities. - Resolve conflicts and complaints from customers and employees professionally. - Analyze business processes and develop more efficient strategies. - Establish and achieve business and profit objectives. - Prepare and present reports to upper-level management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Perform additional duties to ensure the overall success of the business.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. - At least 8 years of relevant managerial experience (additional education or experience preferred). - Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong time and project management skills. - Ability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop effective solutions. - Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting staff development. - Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
