Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service *Supervise front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences from entry to exit *Monitor food and drink quality, maintaining consistently high standards *Track stock levels, place supply orders, and help manage operational budgets *Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team including servers, kitchen staff, and support crew *Address guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner *Support management with any additional duties or operational needs as they arise

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 3 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity *Strong leadership and team management abilities *Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment *Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills *Able to inspire and lead a team toward high performance and guest satisfaction *Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and industry health regulations
