Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service *Manage stock levels and order supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal food cost control *Participate in regular team meetings and chef briefings to improve kitchen performance and communication *Ensure food is served in a timely manner, optimizing kitchen productivity without compromising quality *Guide and train new team members, fostering consistent performance and teamwork *Maintain cleanliness and enforce hygiene protocols in all areas of kitchen operations *Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold company values in daily operations

Qualifications and Requirements

*Energetic, proactive, and passionate about food and service *Able to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen *Willingness to work weekends and public holidays *Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude *Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a great mindset and dedication to learning matter more *Commitment to quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
