We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services to both male and female clients, driving sales, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide excellent service to both male and female clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. * Drive sales efforts and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. * Prepare necessary treatment products, ensuring they are readily available for staff use. * Manage stock replenishment, ensuring adequate supplies are on hand at all times. * Organize and maintain a sufficient supply of clean towels. * Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals. * Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or related role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. * A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to drive sales and meet targets. * A proactive and responsible attitude with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work effectively as a team player. * Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.
