RESTAURANT MANAGER

Responsibilities and Duties

* Demonstrate teamwork and leadership. * Provide prompt and efficient service. * Complete opening/closing duties. * Assist and support team members. * Monitor restaurant operations (inventory, service, cash). * Assist in team deployment and service flow. * Resolve service disruptions and complaints. * Coach and develop team members. * Oversee store operations. * Monitor staff performance and training needs. * Answer guest inquiries and make recommendations. * Perform assigned duties.
