Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure all food and products are prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, and quality standards - Maintain outlet service quality and foster good customer relations - Manage staff discipline, training, and performance evaluations - Achieve company objectives in sales, service, and facility standards - Handle outlet administrative duties, reporting, and scheduling - Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards - Prepare required paperwork and management reports on time - Oversee performance appraisals and ensure timely completion

Qualifications and Requirements

- Open to Singapore Citizens and PR only - Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in F&B, kitchen, hospitality, or retail operations management - Knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations preferred - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
