Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with policies and service procedures. * Supervise the efficient upkeep of tools and equipment. * Analyze customer requirements and resolve care-related issues. * Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness and sanitation. * Investigate designs and provide materials for service enhancement. * Facilitate procedures for taking customer orders. * Coordinate staff setup and ensure supplies meet standards. * Monitor the status of tasks assigned to staff. * Prepare documents and ensure adherence to standards. * Monitor assignment status and follow-ups related to waiting lists. * Inspect food and beverage preparation programs. * Maintain the establishment's positive reputation. * Greet customers promptly and warmly. * Apply food and beverage techniques correctly and enthusiastically. * Anticipate unexpected customer needs and react promptly. * Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by superiors.
