SALES MANAGER

Description

This role focuses on driving sales and building customer relationships by providing technical expertise and support for complex products. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Analyze customer requirements and specifications to identify and address their specific needs, including complex inquiries. * Provide technical, tender pre-qualification, and commercial support for products to customers. * Manage technical order administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support. * Lead and manage follow-up with clients to close sales and achieve sales targets. * Develop and implement action plans to address customer requests that deviate from signed sales orders. * Prepare, present, and negotiate sales proposals to potential customers, ensuring they align with customer needs. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts. * Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and promote products. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as product marketing, to enhance product offerings and meet customer needs. * Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. * Support management in developing sales strategies and forecasts to achieve revenue goals. * Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, targets, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
