Responsibilities and Duties

* Devise and execute seasonal promotions. * Plan and work within budget, maximizing profits. * Collaborate on B2B sales. * Provide sales report analysis. * Coordinate with other departments for promotions. * Perform ad-hoc duties. * Oversee daily restaurant operations. * Organize stocks and equipment. * Coordinate service and kitchen communication. * Ensure regulatory compliance. * Ensure great customer experience. * Maintain consistent product standards. * Implement and refine SOPs. * Oversee reservations and guest preferences. * Handle guest queries and feedback. * Recruit, train, and motivate team. * Plan schedules and manage manpower. * Cultivate and coach staff. * Conduct performance evaluations and development programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing restaurant professionals. * Good knowledge of wine preferred. * In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine, and gastronomy trends. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Great initiative and team leadership skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to multi-task efficiently. * Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. * Commitment to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Ability to work 5 or 5.5 days per week.
