Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

Support daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including: *Taking orders and serving food & beverages *Handling cashiering and end-of-day sales consolidation *Managing reservation calls and guest inquiries *Maintain high standards in food quality, service, safety, and cleanliness *Assist in outlet administrative tasks, ensuring timely submission of records and reports to the corporate office *Conduct staff training, supervise performance, and ensure adherence to service standards *Uphold staff discipline and foster a positive, high-morale work environment *Conduct monthly inventory and stock checks to ensure proper stock levels and control *Carry out other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in a similar role within the F&B industry *Strong leadership and interpersonal skills *Excellent communication and organizational abilities *Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality and teamwork *Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, including working extended hours when necessary
