Barista / Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare coffee, ice cream, and desserts. - Maintain cleanliness of café, service area, and equipment. - Handle cashiering, ordering, and inventory checks. - Usher and serve customers, ensuring excellent customer service. - Clear tables, clean dishes, and disinfect surfaces. - Support daily operations, including basic kitchen cleaning and stock management. - Handle challenging customer situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements

- No prior F&B experience required; training will be provided. - Friendly, service-oriented, and able to multitask. - Good communication skills and customer service mindset. - Team player with a positive attitude.
