We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise service staff, ensure excellent guest experience, and assist in managing dining service, kitchen coordination, and promotions. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations (dining service, kitchen coordination, guest experience) * Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain excellent customer service standards * Monitor food presentation, quality, and consistency in line with Chinese cuisine standards * Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations * Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally * Support staff scheduling, manpower planning, and shift management * Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management * Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and service standards * Contribute to planning promotions, special events, and Chinese festival menus * Stand in for the Restaurant Manager when required

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred * Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in a Chinese restaurant * Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining etiquette * Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Good problem-solving and customer service skills * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
