Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare food items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines, while adhering to all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene regulations. * Follow precise food preparation procedures and specifications for all menu items. * Maintain accurate stock inventories and ensure all storage areas are neat and organized, with products stored correctly. * Properly and safely store all food items, clearly labeling them with dates and contents. * Accurately record and monitor temperatures daily, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. * Maintain a consistently clean and organized production area. * Handle all kitchen equipment with care and ensure its proper use. * Contribute to a safe and hygienic work environment by following all health and safety protocols. * Report any equipment malfunctions, workplace incidents, or performance issues to the appropriate supervisor. * Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all grooming standards. * Act with integrity and prioritize the best interests of the establishment in all actions. * Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
