Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency, managing table reservations and seating arrangements. * Act as a primary point of contact for customer feedback and inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism. * Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency. * Maintain the restaurant's appearance, cleanliness, and setup, ensuring a presentable and inviting environment. * Participate in Food & Beverage meetings and briefings as required, staying informed on updates and procedures. * Establish and maintain effective communication channels across all levels of staff. * Provide training and coaching to team members, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior experience in a related role is advantageous. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Availability to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays. * Open to candidates who are citizens. * Work locations are situated throughout the island.
