Assistant Outlet Manager (Coffee & Restaurant)

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the outlet, proactively addressing any operational challenges. * Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. * Monitor and manage labor and food & beverage costs effectively, maintain accurate inventory levels, and minimize waste. * Implement and enforce company standard operating procedures (SOPs), cash handling protocols, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. * Review daily sales performance and contribute to the development of corrective action plans when necessary. * Oversee staff training, conduct performance evaluations, and manage conflict resolution to foster a high-performing and cohesive team. * Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication, alignment on goals, and shared expectations. * Maintain the outlet's cleanliness, safety standards, and overall presentation to uphold a high-quality environment. * Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales figures and operational performance. * Participate in weekly management meetings and contribute insightful ideas for operational improvements.
