Founded in 2010 by Olivier Bendel, Deliciae Hospitality Management (DHM) began its journey with the opening of L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro in the charming Duxton Hill, Singapore. Inspired by a beloved Parisian concept from the 1950s, L’Entrecôte features the traditional entrecôte—a premium cut of beef rib—served with frites, all meticulously crafted by Olivier to embody the essence of this classic French dish. Driven by a passion for authentic European cuisine, DHM expanded its culinary footprint with the launch of Sabio Tapas Bar in 2011, Singapore’s first bar dedicated to genuine Spanish tapas. The following years saw the introduction of other esteemed establishments, including the fine-dining Italian restaurant Forlino in 2012, &MADE Burger Bistro, and Glasshouse by DHM, which features multiple concepts under one roof. In 2019, DHM proudly introduced Soufflé!, Singapore’s first restaurant dedicated to celebrating the art of soufflés and casseroles. Today, DHM proudly operates five distinctive restaurants situated in iconic locations across Singapore: L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro at Duxton Hill and Customs House; Sabio by the Sea at the picturesque Quayside Isle, Sentosa Cove; Tajine, A Moroccan Tapas & Cocktail Bar and Riviera, a Mediterranean fine dining experience at Marina Bay, boasting stunning views of the Merlion and skyline. And, at the end of 2024, Sabio expanded internationally with its first overseas location in Bangkok, bringing our signature Spanish flavours to a vibrant new audience. In addition to our restaurants, the group also operates Déliciae Catering Co., which offers private and bespoke catering experiences.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Clear, clean -Greet and seats guests in a restaurant, set-up table, take orders, serves food and drinks and provide excellent customer service, upselling of food and beverages, restaurant chores. * Processing payments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
