This role necessitates a commitment to a six-day work week, with operational hours spanning from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, inclusive of a two-hour break. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Strategically devise menus, manage stock levels, and procure necessary provisions. * Uphold uniformity in food preparation and visual presentation. * Guarantee a pristine and sanitary kitchen space, strictly adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols. * Supervise stock, regulate inventory, and execute procurement, focusing on efficient resource utilization to limit waste. * Maintain composure during high-pressure situations and resolve challenges promptly. * Perform effectively within a demanding, rapid-paced setting. * Confirm that the kitchen adheres to all regulatory health and safety standards.
