Description

This position involves leading the daily operations of a restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring profitability. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining standards, and creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operational Leadership and Efficiency: - Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily restaurant operations. - Uphold company standards and maintain the integrity of the brand. - Drive sales growth through effective operational management. - Manage restaurant liability by adhering to human resource standards, safety, and security protocols. - Customer Service and Satisfaction: - Respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service. - Financial Management and Control: - Achieve profitability through effective cost control measures. - Manage monthly inventory submissions. - Oversee cash bank-in procedures. - Generate monthly reports on sales, costs, and customer traffic. - Staff Management and Development: - Recruit, train, and develop staff. - Manage staff performance and provide constructive feedback. - Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels. - Lead and motivate the team, fostering a performance-driven environment. - Conduct staff briefings and plan and execute events. - Quality and Compliance: - Maintain high standards of quality control and restaurant hygiene. - Ensure the restaurant's premises are clean and well-maintained at all times. - Manage the Point of Sale system, including adding new items and managing stock. - Menu and Beverage Management: - Assist in planning and developing beverage and wine menus.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in an Assistant Manager or Manager role. - Skills and Abilities: - Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Service-oriented and results-driven. - Excellent team player. - Work Requirements: - Availability to work a 5-day work week, totaling 44 hours.
