Responsibilities and Duties

* Take the lead in preparing and cooking our signature crab dishes with accuracy and consistency. * Guide and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow during service periods. * Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the kitchen environment. * Work together with the culinary team to conceive and develop innovative new recipes. * Uphold our commitment to providing outstanding dining experiences for all our guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Two to three years of experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role, preferably within a restaurant specializing in crab or seafood. * Demonstrated expertise in handling and preparing crab is a significant advantage. * Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks and workflow effectively. * Good communication skills to interact clearly with colleagues. * A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team. * Ability to perform effectively in a high-paced kitchen setting while maintaining composure under pressure. * A genuine enthusiasm and love for the art of cooking.
