We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to step into the role of Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. Working alongside the F&B Supervisors, you will be instrumental in upholding our standards for service excellence, food safety, and overall guest satisfaction. Your focus will be on creating a positive and well-managed environment for both our team and our patrons.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Participate actively in departmental meetings, briefings, and scheduled training sessions. * Stay informed about our diverse clientele, seasonal trends, and special events, providing insights to management for competitive analysis and budgeting. * Ensure our guests enjoy a delightful dining experience characterized by attentive and knowledgeable service. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the establishment's layout, capacity, operating hours of other areas, appropriate service setups, and uphold our professional grooming standards. * Engage with guests to gauge their satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for enhancing their experience. * Analyze guest feedback to pinpoint any gaps in our service delivery. * Be knowledgeable about all services and features offered, as well as local attractions and activities, to accurately assist guest inquiries. * Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, following established procedures to ensure their satisfaction. * Lead and support the Restaurant Team. * Prepare reports and recommendations to keep management informed and aid in decision-making. * Contribute to the professional development and career growth of team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the service industry. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and pleasantly with both guests and internal team members. * Possession of a relevant food safety certification.
