HEAD CHEF

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to become a key member of our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of food quality, contributing creatively to our menu, and fostering a positive atmosphere within the kitchen.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee and direct all kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and the consistent delivery of top-quality food. * Create and prepare innovative menu items while upholding the authentic traditions of our cuisine. * Lead and train kitchen staff, encouraging a cooperative and productive working environment. * Ensure strict compliance with all regulations related to food safety and hygiene. * Manage the kitchen's inventory, including ordering and stocking necessary supplies. * Ensure that all menu items are prepared in a timely and consistent manner. * Work closely with management on menu development, cost management, and budget planning. * Address customer feedback professionally and continuously seek ways to enhance our culinary offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Significant and demonstrable experience as a Senior Chef in well-regarded establishments. * Relevant culinary experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to Persian and Mediterranean cuisine. * Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. * Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to lead and inspire others. * A proactive and passionate approach to culinary arts and a commitment to high food quality. * Proficiency in the English language. * Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
