Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist chefs with basic food preparation (cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients) *Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and workstations *Wash and organize dishes, cookware, and utensils in a timely manner *Handle waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in garbage areas *Store food items and ingredients properly and safely *Support the kitchen team during busy service hours *Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times *Carry out other duties as assigned by the chef or supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

*Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn *Good personal hygiene and cleanliness *Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends, on rotating shifts *Basic communication skills in English and Mandarin *Willing to work across different outlets in Singapore
