We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Crew member to join a local cuisine restaurant in Jalan Besar. The role involves food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards, while supporting smooth daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and follow recipes * Ensure food is prepared to specifications and follow food safety procedures * Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and storage areas * Operate and maintain cooking equipment such as ovens and grills * Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies * Adhere to health and safety regulations and proper food storage practices * Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes * Assist with unloading deliveries, cleaning utensils, and general kitchen tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Good teamwork and communication skills * Willingness to handle multiple tasks and maintain cleanliness

5 to 6 days per week, rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
