Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant *Coordinate and supervise service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences *Monitor the quality of food and beverages to ensure they meet high standards *Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and oversee budgeting tasks *Train, lead, and motivate front- and back-of-house team members *Respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner *Take on other responsibilities as needed and assigned by the company

Qualifications and Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role *Proven leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills *Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-traffic environment *Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Excellent communication and customer service abilities *Ability to inspire and guide a team toward shared goals *Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards
