Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. * Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming and personalized experience. * Take customer orders accurately and provide detailed menu descriptions. * Utilize extensive product knowledge to effectively up-sell products and enhance the guest experience. * Ensure the restaurant is properly set up and conduct pre-shift walkthroughs. * Proactively maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing needs and anticipating potential issues. * Identify and implement improvements to service procedures and systems. * Conduct basic training and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
