Responsibilities and Duties

-Elevate the Dining Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional culinary journey, from the quality of our food and beverages to the overall ambiance and facility upkeep. -Resolve with Grace: Address any guest concerns promptly and effectively, prioritizing service recovery and fostering positive interactions. -Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor the service and guest experience teams, ensuring they are proficient in our operational procedures and guest service guidelines. -Brand Ambassador: Ensure all team members are well-versed in our restaurant's story, history, and current offerings, allowing them to create a unique guest experience. -Seamless Operations: Facilitate clear communication between the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow. -Quality and Safety Champion: Establish and enforce rigorous quality and safety standards throughout the restaurant. -Culinary Collaboration: Work in close partnership with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food and beverage delivery, and collaborate on special promotions and events. -Tech Savvy Operations: Manage and maintain all software systems related to reservations, table management, and point-of-sale operations. -Delivery Excellence: Oversee the service team's execution of successful delivery services and manage related logistics. Supplier Relations: Manage and ensure that all external suppliers and agencies adhere to on-site procedures and consistently meet their performance targets. -Financial Oversight: Generate and maintain detailed reports on daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses. -Event Coordination: Collaborate with management to secure and execute private and corporate events, ensuring seamless operations across all departments. -Strategic Growth: Implement new business initiatives as needed to enhance the restaurant's performance. -Performance Analysis: Provide insightful analysis of sales reports and recommend strategies to improve overall business performance. -Target Achievement: Lead and motivate on-site teams to meet and exceed business targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

-A minimum of four years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing restaurant teams. -A positive, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset.
