Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor in Singapore, joining a well-established group of casual dining establishments. The individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery while upholding company standards and integrity. * Drive sales growth through effective operational execution and proactive upselling strategies. * Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Implement and monitor cost control measures to achieve and maintain restaurant profitability. * Manage restaurant liabilities related to human resources, safety, and security. * Maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene throughout the restaurant. * Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong and capable team. * Motivate and manage staff effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels to support operational needs. * Oversee event management, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful execution. * Assist in planning and curating the beverage and wine menu. * Submit accurate monthly inventory reports. * Manage and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Generate relevant operational and financial reports. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. * Ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand. * Handle cash bank-ins and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of two years of experience in the food and beverage industry. * Proven ability to manage restaurant operations effectively. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to implement and monitor cost control measures. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
