Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or in a more senior kitchen role is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen team receives comprehensive training, support, and development opportunities. * Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to drive consistently high food quality standards. * Assist in the effective control of kitchen costs and resources. * Contribute to delivering a memorable and exceptional experience for every guest. * Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively as an integral part of the team. * Take genuine pride in all aspects of your work and the dishes produced. * Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and output.

Qualifications and Requirements
