F&B Service Crew

A well-regarded artisan bakery and food store is expanding its team in Lagos! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about service and people to join us as Baker & Cook Team Members. You will play a vital role in creating a positive guest experience by taking and preparing orders, maintaining a clean and attractive environment, and ensuring our delicious products are readily available.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide warm, genuine, and excellent service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. * Take customer orders, prepare food and drinks according to our standards, and operate the cash register accurately. * Ensure all product items are well-stocked and display cases are appealing and clean, showcasing our offerings beautifully. * Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around your workstation and strictly adhere to all health and sanitation regulations. * Assist with any other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a genuine passion for service and interacting with people. * Have at least a basic secondary school education or its equivalent. * Ideally, have some prior work experience (around 1 year) in the food and beverage industry, such as cafes or restaurants. However, those with no prior experience but a great attitude are also encouraged to apply! * Be a good team player and demonstrate self-motivation in your work. * Be available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, as per a rostered schedule.
