Restaurant Manager

This position involves leading the daily operations of a restaurant, focusing on creating a positive dining experience for guests and ensuring the restaurant's profitability. You'll be responsible for managing staff, maintaining standards, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Guest Experience and Satisfaction: - Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all diners. - Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly. - Interact with guests to understand their needs and improve their dining experience. - Operational Management: - Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and restaurant ambiance. - Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. - Team Leadership and Development: - Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve exceptional performance. - Foster a positive work environment through coaching, recognition, and support. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and maintain service standards. - Financial Management: - Manage the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. - Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control. - Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Compliance and Standards: - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company operational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: - Relevant experience in restaurant management. - Proven experience managing a restaurant's P&L. - Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. - Skills and Attributes: - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Financial acumen and analytical abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to train and motivate staff.
