RESTAURANT MANAGER

This role encompasses significant involvement in the creation and upkeep of our beverage offerings, alongside the crucial responsibility of managing bar inventory and ensuring efficient operational flow. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership on various strategic areas, spanning procurement to team oversight. A key focus will be on upholding our brand's commitment to superior drink preparation and presentation. Furthermore, a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and a dedication to the growth and development of team members are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Cultivate a positive and cooperative team atmosphere, demonstrating strong interpersonal and staff management capabilities. * Play a vital role in the evolution of our drink selections and maintain current and precise costings for all beverages crafted and sold. * Supervise the arrangement of all bar provisions and components, confirming that all items are appropriately dated and systematically organized for optimal quality. * Partner closely with organizational management on tasks such as supply procurement, cost management, operational effectiveness, and staffing strategies. * Guarantee that all drink preparation and presentation by the team strictly adhere to established recipes and standard operating procedures, consistently meeting the brand's aesthetic and quality benchmarks. * Proactively address and resolve any concerns or grievances expressed by guests. * Onboard new team members by providing thorough training on bar protocols, while also actively seeking informal opportunities to guide and support their professional advancement. * Implement and maintain proper protocols for purchasing, receiving, and storing bar supplies, ensuring high standards throughout the receiving, storage, production, and presentation of all beverages. * Enforce appropriate grooming and hygiene standards for all service personnel. * Verify that all kitchen equipment related to bar operations is properly maintained and functioning according to relevant regulations, promptly communicating any issues to the management team. * Contribute to the organization's growth initiatives.
