Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals by maintaining a competitive and innovative edge. This role involves maximizing the sales team's performance, developing comprehensive sales plans, and presenting these plans to senior management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve growth and meet or exceed sales targets through effective management and leadership of the sales team. * Develop and execute a strategic business plan focused on expanding the customer base and establishing a strong market presence. * Manage the full employee lifecycle for sales representatives, including recruitment, setting performance objectives, providing coaching, and monitoring performance. * Establish and nurture robust, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor. * Implement new sales strategies and initiatives to enhance performance. * Present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic and data-backed forecasts, to the management team. * Identify emerging markets and shifts in market dynamics, while staying informed about new products and the competitive landscape. * Identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies to increase sales revenue and market penetration. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Documented success as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent history of achieving or surpassing established targets. * Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, seminars, and industry conferences. * Demonstrated ability to communicate, present information, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. * Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from initial planning stages to closing deals. * Strong business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge. * Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. * Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. * Ability to understand and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
