Responsibilities and Duties

*Order Management: Keep a close eye on the quality and quantity of all items ordered for the kitchen. *Inventory Control: Manage proper storage procedures and conduct thorough weekly inventory checks. *Procurement Collaboration: Work with the Chef to identify necessary ingredients and coordinate effectively with the Procurement team for timely ordering. *Order Fulfillment: Ensure all client orders are fulfilled precisely and accurately on a daily basis. *Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail to guarantee no items are missed or overlooked in preparation or fulfillment. *Delivery Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with the Operations team to schedule timely deliveries of prepared items. Procedure Adherence: Rigorously follow all established standard operating procedures. *Food Preparation Assistance: Help with essential food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, and prepping ingredients, always ensuring food meets required quality and quantity standards. *Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a consistently clean kitchen environment and uphold all hygiene and safety standards. *Ad-Hoc Duties: Take on any other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements
