Head Chef

Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Chef to take full charge of our kitchen operations, with a strong focus on Arabian and fusion cuisine. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can manage daily kitchen activities, oversee food production—particularly Shawarma/Doner Kebab and Middle Eastern fusion dishes—and contribute creatively to menu development. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high food quality, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring all dishes meet our brand's standards. Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and production *Independently manage the Arabian Fusion section including Shawarma, Doner Kebab, and other menu items *Prepare dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards *Innovate and expand the existing menu with new, well-curated items *Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and hygiene at all times *Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure timely ordering to prevent stock shortages *Control food cost and minimize waste through efficient preparation and portion control *Train, lead, and support kitchen staff to maintain team performance and morale *Enforce kitchen safety and cleanliness procedures as per food safety regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen *Strong background in Middle Eastern, Arabian, or fusion cuisine *Solid knowledge of food production techniques for items like Shawarma/Doner Kebab *Ability to create and test new recipes while managing existing menu consistency *Excellent kitchen management and inventory control skills *A proactive approach to minimizing costs and maximizing kitchen efficiency *Strong leadership and organizational abilities *High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety *Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
