Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts within the digital marketing industry. As we expand our operations, this role will be essential in driving the organization's success through strategic sales leadership and effective client relationship management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to consistently surpass revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and current market trends. * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Collaborate with management to define product and service offerings that effectively meet market demands. * Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, encompassing target setting, strategy development, and performance monitoring. * Guide the sales team through each stage of the sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals and securing contracts. * Conduct regular sales strategy meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback to team members. * Oversee the creation of compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the digital marketing field. * Provide regular market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform organizational strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least five years of demonstrated sales experience in digital marketing or related technology industries, with a minimum of two years in a leadership role. * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Knowledge of various digital marketing solutions, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), and emerging trends. * Understanding of web technologies, including content management systems (like WordPress), server-side scripting languages (like PHP), and custom web applications. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. * Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales management tools. * Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital environment.
