SALES MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals by maintaining a competitive and innovative approach. This role involves maximizing the sales team's performance, developing and presenting sales plans to senior management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve growth and meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales team management. * Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and establish a strong market presence. * Manage the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and acting as a trusted partner. * Implement new sales strategies and initiatives. * Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team. * Identify emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while staying informed about new products and the competitive environment. * Identify opportunities and create strategies to increase sales revenue. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Documented success as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent record of achieving or surpassing targets. * Dedication to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry conferences. * Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated ability to manage the sales cycle from planning to closing deals. * Strong business acumen and industry knowledge. * Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. * Knowledge of data analysis and report preparation. * Ability to understand and comply with organizational policies and procedures. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure. * Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
