Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare specific food items and components for meals within your designated station. * Follow the guidance and instructions provided by the Head Chef. * Collaborate effectively with the entire culinary team to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality food and service. * Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work area within your section of the kitchen. * Conduct inventory checks and order necessary supplies for your station. * Continuously refine your food preparation techniques based on feedback received. * Provide support and assistance in other kitchen areas when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent certification. * Formal qualification from a recognized culinary institution. * Previous experience working in a comparable role within a professional kitchen. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment. * Excellent listening and clear communication skills. * A solid understanding of best practices for kitchen safety and sanitation. * A genuine passion for creating and delivering exceptional food and service. * Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
