Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to lead and oversee one of our dedicated work shifts. As a Supervisor, you will be a key point of contact and guidance for your team, ensuring they have the direction and support needed to excel. Your responsibilities will primarily involve managing your direct reports, providing clear instructions, tracking attendance, and monitoring performance against key metrics. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment and contributing to team performance reviews through insightful reports.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure that all team members reporting to you are meeting established performance standards. * Provide clear and effective instructions and guidance to subordinate employees. * Maintain a work environment that prioritizes the safety, security, and well-being of all team members. * Ensure that deadlines are consistently met by the team. * Review and approve employee work hours accurately. * Foster and ensure excellent customer service at all levels of the team's interaction.

* Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * A reliable and trustworthy individual with high integrity and a strong work ethic. * Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow team members and other departments. * A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude. * Basic computer literacy and the ability to generate reports. * Proactive organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. * A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. * Ability to maintain a positive and constructive attitude even in a fast-paced environment.
