Responsibilities and Duties

* Take ownership of various general tasks within the kitchen environment. * Ensure that all kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and in good order. * Maintain rigorous standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall cleanliness throughout the kitchen. * Assist in the preparation of diverse ingredients for cooking, including the precise cutting of vegetables, meats, and fruits. * Be ready to undertake any additional tasks as needed to support the kitchen team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ideally, possess at least one year of prior experience within the hospitality sector. * Compensation will be commensurate with your level of relevant experience in the industry and is open for discussion. * A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is a necessary qualification for this role. * Must be available to work a 6-day week. * Must be capable of working flexible rotating shifts, which will include weekends and public holidays.
