Responsibilities and Duties

* Offer troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and related issues. * Supply data and resources to support the sales team. * Develop and track performance indicators to measure success. * Manage sales tracking tools and report essential information. * Maintain records of sales trends and patterns. * Provide timely and efficient quotations to clients. * Collaborate with account managers to formulate specific sales strategies. * Stay informed about new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is adequately prepared. * Review pending orders and specific customer requests to guarantee excellent customer service and experience. * Recommend improvements to the sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate. Practical knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel. Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Exceptional communication skills. A responsive, customer-centric attitude. Strong analytical abilities and multitasking skills. Capable of teamwork and possessing motivational skills. A degree or diploma in Marketing or an engineering degree in a relevant field is a plus.
