Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure that all team members reporting to you meet and ideally exceed performance expectations. * Provide clear instructions and directions to subordinate employees to ensure tasks are understood and executed correctly. * Maintain a work environment that prioritizes the safety, security, and health of all team members. * Ensure that all assigned tasks and projects are completed on time and to the required standard. * Review and approve employee work hours accurately. * Champion and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service at all levels of the team's interaction.
