Description
The Dining Reservations Executive is responsible for managing all incoming calls according to company standards, handling reservations through various channels, and maintaining accurate records in the SevenRooms database. The role involves tracking reservations, updating menus on third-party booking platforms, and ensuring guest dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen and F&B teams. The executive also manages VIP guest bookings, follows up on guest feedback, and coordinates with the Restaurant Manager. Additional duties include updating dining memberships, sending proposals and confirmations, promoting F&B offerings, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle incoming calls and manage reservations across multiple channels. Update and maintain the SevenRooms database and track reservations. Coordinate with in-house guests for dining preferences and special dietary needs. Communicate VIP bookings to outlets and management. Follow up on guest feedback and send thank-you notes. Update dining memberships and maintain guest contact. Send and track proposals and confirmations before deadlines. Stay informed about F&B promotions and menus. Create and distribute promotional fliers. Update the Loyalty card program. Prepare and submit required reports to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Service-oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Available to work weekends (Shift work). Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English. Preferably has experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel setting. Must possess at least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management or an equivalent qualification. At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required for this position.
